Counselling in Sawbridgeworth | Bishops Stortford | Harlow & Surrounding Areas

I am a Psychotherapist with over 15 years experience.  I am also a martial artist of some 30 years experience.  I have my own private practice, where I also offer supervision.

I offer Counselling in Sawbridgeworth, Bishops Stortford and Harlow, plus surrounding areas.  My work includes mental health and the local community and I have worked in several charitable organisations in the area.  My work covers individuals, young people, couples and occasionally family therapy.   I have taught counselling skills and offer some supervision to qualified counsellors. I am fully CRB checked and have regular supervision and continually develop my professional work as a therapist.

I run workshops on a variety of subjects and present safety and self defence classes for the local community.
